Description of business flow
We propose and plan Hokkaido tours overseas travel agencies and domestic travel agencies.
Upon request we arrange all necessary services related to a particular tour.
Our business model is simple but execution is not.
HTC has 3 major components
• Sales for overseas travel agencies and domestic agencies (English or target market's local language required)
• Planning tours and making quotations
• Arranging hotel, bus, guide and other necessary services
Each member has their own role but being flexible is a must as performing multiple tasks is necessary.
As we are a team, being a team player is part of the player and using your skills and talent to benefit the team is crucial.
